Hi, i had some similar issue with the master branch. But in the npm version it was working fine. In my case it was not device specific. In the your html header I can see “GenieACS/1.0.0“ - looks like an installation from git master branch.
Maybe you can check also if you have faulty tasks at the device. But I don’t think so because your trace looks ok for me. A manually refresh on the root node works fine?
