In theory (according to TR-104) you can check via
".VoiceService.{i}.VoiceProfile.{i}.Line.{i}.Status". Possible values:
* “Up”
* “Initializing”
* “Registering”
* “Unregistering”
* “Error”
* “Testing”
* “Quiescent”
* “Disabled”
Although that said I am staring at a device who is reporting "Down"
even though I can see it's registered on the VoIP server and can
make calls :)
