Hi, I used your config and got same result. Neither *000B82-HT-502-000b82xxxxxx *nor *000B82-HT%2D502-000b82xxxxxx *can work. But I found that *000B82-HT* *%252D**502-000b82xxxxxx *can work. Maybe you can give a try. It seems like "%2D" was urlencode again into "%252D". Thank you.
