Yes the CPEs are reporting that data, because that data is present and
up-to-date in the Data Model. No need for packet sniffing. It's just
not being written to the History in MongoDB.

The only difference being that one is reported by devices setup as
a bridged static ip connection, and the other by devices setup as
PPPoE connections.
The CPEs themselves have data for those parameters, but the PPP
version is not being written to the History table.
How can I fix that?
