Hey all - I'm dumping this thread between Zaid and I in here so you may all benefit,

Thanks Zaid,

After making this change in /opt/genieacs/config/config.json I've deleted the devices from the ACS webUI, and reconnected them (after restarting the ACS services) and I see  the attached.

Hi Kris,

Anyways, is the last inform timestamp being updated? If not, try adding the following option in config.json:

"COOKIES_PATH" : "/"

Zaid,

Sorry to be an annoyance, I just wanted to give you the most up to date information possible.

I wanted to see if we're able to modify what GenieACS reads and make it compatible with other CPE’s without modifying CPE firmware? We’re having issues with quite a few it seems since our upgrade to 1.1.0Alpha, it seems as nothing is reporting any details beyond my example below.

Forgive my ignorance... but how do I add a preset to refresh root parameters :)

After upgrading to 1.1 (I think), the devices which previously

numbers or configurable options (SIP ID, SSID, etc...).

v1.1 doesn't, by default, fetch entire device data model. It'll only
fetch the parameters needed for your presets. To get the old behavior
simply add a preset to refresh root parameter. You probably don't want
to refresh everything on every inform so use a high value for the
refresh period.

Note that this has a considerable performance impact (for now) so you
might want to limit it to bootstrap or boot events ("0 BOOTSTRAP" or "1
BOOT").
