Thank you for your answer, Zaid. The problem was related to permissions. Basically it is not a good idea to start genieacs-cwmp as "user" if /opt/genieacs is owned by root After fixed the issue, I had to FLUSHALL in redis (I don't know why) Anyway, now it works.
