Hi Spencer, Thaks for the quick reply,
I tried that, still I was getting the same error. So I decided to go for EasyCWMP, After installing EasyCWMP, All tasks are working.:) I am using GenieACS Gui, when I perform a task like reboot or factory reset, I get a notification *Device is offline*, but the device is right in front of me, it will take some time (30 sec to 1 min, sometimes more) and then the task will be completed. Couldn't understand this process. Please help me to understand why it is happening like this. Thank you.
