Hello Sergio,
don't fork - upstream first! ;-)
I've created an issue to discuss the implementation details:

In other commercial ACSs an option exist to get the parameters that have
changed after some period of time. That way you don’t have to try
one-by-one which is the correct one.
I’m building a fork in my own repositories:
https://github.com/DrumSergio/genieacs-gui
https://github.com/DrumSergio/genieacs
<https://github.com/DrumSergio/genieacs-gui>
Currently the GUI adds two new things: Adding a way to query the full
tree with a click, and another to compare it afterwards. You can view
them on the GUI when you open the page of a CPE, down in the page.
Currently the option to compare is not completed, nor the way to query
the full tree is tested. I’ve loaded the code from the sandbox.js (as
virtual parameters use). Another way sure is better, but I was in a
hurry when I committed it. If anyone knows to handle it better, PRs are
welcome.
Thank you.

As far as i know there is no way to know which parameter has been
changed, unless you tell CPE which parameters to track.
More about that you can see here:
https://www.qacafe.com/tr-069-training/notifications/
Also, there are some parameters that CPE will always send
notifications for, like IP address, connection URL etc.

Related to this question, do you know about any piece of software,
that tells you which parameters have been changed through all the
tree? So you get all the parameters, and then, whenever you want,
compare the new parameters through a new GetParameters. This would be
very useful to know which fields have changed. I think it would not
be that difficult to create.
Thank you!

I am also interested about this topic. It is very useful when a
CPE has more than 3.000 parameters and you don't know where is
the parameter you need. You simply change it on the CPE, and wait
for it to be shown in GenieACS. Something like that would be very
useful while making provisioning flows, instead of waiting for
the manufacturer to tell you.
Thank you!

Hi,
I am also interested in this question. If anyone has an
answer, or a suggestion, I will appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi all,
how can I access the current inform's data, especially
after a "4 VALUE CHANGE" event, from a provision or
extension?
I want to know which device parameter has changed.
Thanks you very much in advance.
Greetings,
Oliver
