Hi Jasper,

you have to check the logs on your device. If the device has
successfully downloaded the firmware from the acs' fileserver,
then it's up to the device to install it.

I installed the genieacs yesterday so the latest version

Is your CPE registered at the ACS? (informs are successful)

Yes other commands are working and changing settings of the box.
