As long as at least one element from a node containing parameters that one 
might want to modify is present in the Inform one can refresh that node/object 
and get the entire set of parameters associated with that node.  Other than 
that every element would have to be tagged as forced Inform AFAIK.

What if you don't know the element name?  Is there a good way to have the 
device send every element it has?

GenieACS does not completely traverse the easycwmp parameter data model.  To 
work around this edit the data model scripts and add the forced inform flag to 
the elements that you would like to see/edit in GenieACS.  Easycwmp will now 
send these elements in the periodic Inform.
