You can send CWMP daemon logs and provisioning scripts logs by putting something like this in your config file:
"LOG_INFORMS" : true, "CWMP_LOG_FILE" : "/var/log/genie-cmwp.log", "CWMP_ACCESS_LOG_FILE" : "/var/log/genie-cmwp.log", Let me know if works fine.
