This site cant be reached 35.171.217.31 refused to connect. Search Google for https://www.google.com/search?q=171%20217%203000 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED I have confirmed that all firewall rules are correct, in fact I now have port 3000 open to the world, but get the same results.
