i have found my error about de migration before launch the bundle.
We need to replace a value :
grep -rl "ActiveRecord::Migration$" db | xargs sed -i
's/ActiveRecord::Migration/ActiveRecord::Migration[5.1]/g'
That work for me !

I try to install the GenieACS-GUI on Ubuntu 18.04.
I have installing Ruby 2.5.3 with rbenv and rails 5.2.1 and working. But when i
launch the gui with "rails s" all work good but when I access on
