The rotation options are hosted in the intel-fb configuration dialog
when opening the screen-mode selection for a connector. See the attached
screenshot.
Is it available for the PinePhone?
Even though the feature is implemented for 64-bit ARM, the display
driver for the PinePhone still lacks the configuration interface. So it
is not readily usable.
