Hi all, After playing with netutil and the pdf docs for a couple days I would very much appreciate a little input from the pros.
I'm trying to figure out the absolute minimum requirements for connecting to a remote ingres instance from a program build using OpenAPI. I want to simply do sql create user ... sql grant ... on the dbms and be able to use dynamic vhost connectors on any client that has the openapi libs installed. Is this possible without installing NET on all clients? Is this possible without running netutil?
