Yes, you can schedule the following : - system reboot - system update (rpath & ingres)
Then you choose if you apply the update manualy or automaticaly. But nothing to schedule checkpoints and so on. You can run a checkpoint from the web interface but it is not the best way (what happend if you close your browser ?) and I think the web interface to some Ingres stuff is just a proposal "has it" (it is not a web version of Visual DBA for example).
