The bin directory is, indeed, gone. We re-structured the zip file (the former 
bin directory contents are now directly in the main installation directory), 
but - apparently - forgot to update few references here and there. Thanks for 
pointing this out.

But when you unzip there is no 'bin' directory?

or am I being dopey?
