There is a bug in the doc, http_query_timeout must be an integer, so:
modparam("utils", "http_query_timeout", "2")
must be:
modparam("utils", "http_query_timeout", 2)
If not, kamailio gives an error:
ERROR:core:set_mod_param_regex: parameter <http_query_timeout> not found in
module <utils>
