I use ubuntu14.04, open-mpi-1.8.1 and cuda-6.5. The software work fine with ubuntu 14.04 and open-mpi-1.8.1 (no "--with-cuda" in the configure command).
Using GPU's and the configure option "--with-cuda" produce errors during run-time (not during make): That is, during: mpirun .... I cannot find any references to this problem in FAQ! The error messages during run are attached. Some suggestions? Regards PBSolibakke -- Dr Per B Solibakke Professor
