Sorry to disappoint you, but MPLS-TE support has nothing in common with
Contrail.

RSVP-TE or LDP are just signalling protocols for MPLS trasnport. Contrail
rightfully is using IP for transport no MPLS.

MPLS label in Contrail is just a VPN demux value carried with L3VPN
prefixes in NLRI of SAFI 128 or for L2VPN in EVPN.

Many people are missing this subtle, but critical difference ;-).
