What procedure did you use to install contrail? Tested one would be ‘fab install_without_openstack’

First I did a standard full contrail build with the ubuntu included openstack, and that worked a treat, but I'm trying to get 2.2 working (on Ubuntu) with a Centos Juno Openstack. It's not working yet, but I'm getting very close (I think). It doesn't help that I'm a new contrail user, but I must try my best. Here is the contents of control-status from the ubuntu14 contrail node, as you can see there's a few errors. There were more but I've fixed a few. == Contrail Control == supervisor-control: active contrail-control initializing (Number of connections:4, Expected:5) contrail-control-nodemgr active contrail-dns active contrail-named active == Contrail Analytics == supervisor-analytics: active contrail-analytics-api active contrail-analytics-nodemgr active contrail-collector active contrail-query-engine active contrail-snmp-collector active contrail-topology active == Contrail Config == supervisor-config: active contrail-api:0 initializing (Collector connection down) contrail-config-nodemgr active contrail-device-manager initializing (ApiServer:ApiServer, Collector connection down) contrail-discovery:0 active contrail-schema initializing (Collector connection down) contrail-svc-monitor backup ifmap active == Contrail Web UI == supervisor-webui: active contrail-webui active contrail-webui-middleware active == Contrail Database == supervisor-database: active contrail-database active contrail-database-nodemgr active == Contrail Support Services == supervisor-support-service: active rabbitmq-server active Here's the contrail-status from the Openstack Juno node.. == Contrail vRouter == supervisor-vrouter: active contrail-vrouter-agent active contrail-vrouter-nodemgr active I'd like to know if someone can shed a little light in the following.. It's the contrail-control 4 of 5 problem. I've seen a few bug mentioning it, and I can verify it's not reporting as such due to timeouts. supervisor-control: active supervisor-control: ['contrail-control active pid 1453, uptime 0:32:20', 'contrail-control-nodemgr active pid 1449, uptime 0:32:20', 'contrail-dns active pid 1457, uptime 0:32:20', 'contrail-named active pid 1464, uptime 0:32:20', ''] contrail-control: DEFAULT/S.http_server_port not present contrail-control initializing (Number of connections:4, Expected:5) contrail-control-nodemgr: DEFAULT/S.http_server_port not present contrail-control-nodemgr active contrail-dns active contrail-named active If someone knowledgable in contrail, believes I'll struggle getting this working, or if you see something critical from the contrail-status missing, please let me know, and as always, thanking in advance ;) Cheers, Matt ---- Message sent via Adam Internet WebMail - http://www.adam.com.au/ _______________________________________________ Users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://lists.opencontrail.org/mailman/listinfo/users_lists.opencontrail.org
