It works!!
I got the openjdk from the /opt/contrail/contrail_install_repo/ and
execute the command as below:
# apt-get install openjdk-7-jre-headless=7u79-2.5.5-0ubuntu0.14.04.2
Then I reboot the host and all things are active and work well.
Thanks for your great advise. :D
I will try another way advised by Mayank and Vedu then. Will update the
result then.

The easiest way to ³work around² this problem seems to be to downgrade
openjdk-7-jre-headless:amd64 to e.g. version
'7u79-2.5.5-0ubuntu0.14.04.2¹.
I¹d also like to know if there is a proper fix :)
