Does (source /etc/contrail/openstackrc; keystone tenant-list ) show fine ? Did you try to login to the UI from a different browser ?

We have spawned few workload & one service VM but later on we are getting " control node" down alert with error message as : partial system information and configuration unavailable. Also when we tried to access "configure" tab in Contrail console we are getting access forbidden message. Kindly help. Thanks.
