hello All, I was going through mailing list to find out the significance of pkt2 interface and then asked about this in slack opencontrail where people were very helpful and said pkt2 is for RPS.
In our non contrail physical environment infrastructure we execute a script to configure RPS properly on each interface by changing the parameters in "/sys/class/net " in case of contrail: - why we need an interface for RPS,where in physical infra packet steering can be achieved by changing parameters dynamically ? - Also is this RPS done on "tap-" interface of vms mapped in the data path.
