Hi Tony, This seems to be a question more suitable for the OpenStack maillinglist since this is not contrail specific. To give some troubleshooting hints: Is probably related to the novnc proxy not being properly configured. E.g. Check the novncproxy_base_url, vncserver_listen, vncserver_proxyclient_address settings in the nova.conf. http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/compute-remote-console-access.html Cheers, Robert van Leeuwen
