I am running contrail 3.0.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 in a multiple nodes configuration,
and was noticing on one of the two compute nodes network functions handled by
contrail do not work. Looking a bit closer, it appears the vrouter-agent is not
running. Running /usr/bin/contrail-vrouter-agent manually gives me:

Config file </etc/contrail/contrail-vrouter-agent.conf> parsing completed.
log4cplus:ERROR No appenders could be found for logger (SANDESH).
log4cplus:ERROR Please initialize the log4cplus system properly.
contrail-vrouter-agent: controller/src/base/task.cc:291: virtual tbb::task*
TaskImpl::execute(): Assertion `0' failed.
Aborted

My other compute node works fine, and the two nodes were configured mostly the
same, except that the bad node also runs gnocchi in its own venv.

Has anybody seen anything like this, or has suggestions on what might be the
cause?
