Yes. But as I said, some dependencies are missing.

Hi,
When installing Opencontrail 3.2 using Mirantis PPA,
it doesn't seem to have packages for all the dependencies.
So I had to add Opencontrail PPA as well
to get missed dependencies. Trick is to make sure "apt-get"
gives preference to Mirantis PPA.
So I had to add below file to fix the preference order:
cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/opencontrail-ppa-600
Package: *
Pin: release o=LP-PPA-opencontrail
Pin-Priority: 600
