I don't think that is what we are meaning. Yes pkgutil is in the
repos but unlike pkg-get I can't really do 'pkgadd -d http://$mirror/
pkgutil_`uname -p`.pkg to install it easily during a jumpstart with
out first install pkg-get.

Unless I am crazy, I believe pkgutil is in the repository. I don't
know if it
is the latest and greatest, but there is a recipe in the gar repo.
