hello all,
anybody has this problem?
trying thunderbird 3.0.2 from sun contrib, i got an error (see
screenshot attached)
If i remove CSWsqlite3rt, it starts (but perhaps there are another
problems).
The problem doesn't appear with thunderbird 3.0.1
Do you set LD_LIBRARY_PATH somewhere in your startup?
yes, no LD_LIBRARY_PATH and a limited PATH (without /opt/csw/bin). I
verified with "pargs -e", but pldd shows me that thunderbird is using
many csw libs, i don't understand why?
i'm working on CDE, solaris 10, not gnome.
What does "crle" say (any paths other than /lib and /usr/lib)?
% crle
Default configuration file (/var/ld/ld.config) not found
Default Library Path (ELF): /lib:/usr/lib (system default)
Trusted Directories (ELF): /lib/secure:/usr/lib/secure (system
default)
% elfdump /usr/local/thunderbird-3.0.2/thunderbird-bin | grep 'R.*PATH'
[71] RUNPATH 0x1dc84
/opt/sfw/lib:$ORIGIN:$ORIGIN/..:/usr/gnu/lib:/usr/sfw/lib
[72] RPATH 0x1dc84
/opt/sfw/lib:$ORIGIN:$ORIGIN/..:/usr/gnu/lib:/usr/sfw/lib
