I don't know how many options users can handle (remember :-), that's why I try to put unusual ones in pkgutil.conf instead. You can always temporarily set anything from pkgutil.conf with the --param option: # pkgutil -Uyu --param=root_path:/lumount Wouldn't that be good enough for now?
