Can anyone help troubleshoot the following error I am getting when running pkgutil -U?

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... Read error (Connection reset by peer) in headers. Giving up. I can access the mirror and view contents from a Web browser so I don't believe it is firewall related, nor to my knowledge, should this site be blocked. I am also unable to do a curl on the address from a Linux host.
