The following message

appears when the kvm just crashed. This may be due to the machine being
overloaded, or the libvirt daemon is not behaving. Try restarting the
libvirtd daemon (/etc/init.d/libvirtd restart, depending on your platform),
and come back if this doesn't cut it, we may try some other stuff.

BTW, what do you get with a

$ virsh create $ONE_LOCATION/var/<vid>/deployment.0

on the physical node?
