Hi, Would you mind to change the line 20 of the $ONE_LOCATION/lib/ruby/sunstone/config.ru file to become $: << ::File.dirname(__FILE__) instead of $: << File.dirname(__FILE__)
As you can see in your link the problem is ruby1.9/thin, I think this problem is fixed in latest versions. I have tested this environments and it works without any change: ruby 1.8.7 (2010-01-10 patchlevel 249) rack (1.2.0) thin (1.2.7) ruby 1.9.2p136 (2010-12-25 revision 30365) rack (1.2.1) thin (1.2.7) Hope this helps.
