About the other concern, I believe ruben is talking about the actual external, another process driver , the one that invokes the "deploy" script. The ONE daemon creates the deployment.0 file (if the type is XML, this will be an xml file), and then the driver (assuming it is an ssh driver rather than a local one) will create a ssh connection, transfer (via a command stdin for instance) the deployment.0, and execute the appropriate command to launch the VM, using the info found in the deployment.0 file.
