I've changed this parameters:
unix_sock_group = "libvirt" -> unix_sock_group = "oneadmin" (oneadmin
is my cloud group, shame on me I've called user and group the same)
unix_sock_rw_perms = "0770" -> unix_sock_rw_perms = "0777"
I am not sure at all about changing unix_sock_rw_perms, but it doesn't
work unless I do that.
Then I restarted the libvirtd and one daemons and it seem to be working.

I'm having problems with libvirtd and kvm. I can create a host (called
localhost) and it is on until systems tries to monitorize it. I'm
executing libvirtd as root (? can not do it as oneadmin) and running
one under my oneadmin account. This is my oned.log output.

Which distribution do you use?
In some distributions do you need to make some symbolic links or you have to
set Policy kit rules....
Can you connect with the oneadmin user to virsh with virsh -c qemu:///system?
