Hi Soge,
You'll get "oned and scheduler stopped" message every time you run
"one stop" command, even if ONE daemon and the scheduler hasn't been
started.
The reason why you couldn't start ONE deamon is because OpenNebula
can't listen on its default port(2633). Try to change your PORT
attribute in configuration file to specify a different one(ensure that
no other application is listening on the selected port) or identify
the application which is listening on 2633 port and stop it, if
possible.
