The part that does this is in
http://dev.opennebula.org/projects/opennebula/repository/revisions/one-2.2/entry/src/mad/ruby/VirtualMachineDriver.rb#L216

It prints some debug information to STDERR that you can enable editing
etc/defaultrc. Set ONE_MAD_DEBUG to 1
