I use MySQL now and it helps to fix lot of the execution expired.
Also by tweaking NFS, I was able to make disappear all the remaining
execution expired.

You are using the sqlite backend ?
If so, is the one.db file located on an NFS share ?
It might be better if it is local.
You could also migrate to MySQL.
