Hi

In fact, it is also used for persistent images. Whenever an image is to be
moved from the VM directory
($ONE_LOCATION/var/<vm_id>/images/disk.<disk_id>) to the repository the MV
script is called. Summary:

CP is for registering a new image to the repository (only at oneimage
create)
MKFS is for registering data images
RM is for removing (oneimage delete)
MV to move images (save_as, and persistent) form VM_DIR to the repo.
