Hi, OpenNebula can treat vCenter just another host, although it requires a special configuration. We are about to release better support for vCenter, I suggest you stay tune for new versions of the VMware drivers.
Also, I believe C12G Labs (www.c12g.com) provides better integration for OpenNebula with VMware products, you can query them about vCenter support.
