GUI?
2. why the "VNC access" buttons are grey? can I use lunch VNC console on
Sunstone?

Hello Sha,
It's on Virtual Machines page, click on the VM you want to check and go to the
VM Template tab. Go down on the attributes and check NIC section for IP address.
