Seems, you are still missing the arguments. The oned.conf used by the deamon (as shown in your logs) is:
VM_MAD=DEFAULT=vmm_exec/vmm_exec_kvm.conf,EXECUTABLE=one_vmm_exec,NAME=vmm_kvm,TYPE=kvm no ARGUMENTS there....
