Hello Vahe, I fully agree with you. I too need to use vnc to access my VMs, but the performance is weak. I installed tightVNC on my VMs too, to access it via browser. But the performance is worst! :/
If you don't need graphical iface, I advise you to use ssh to access your VMs. I hope it helps. Regards.
