What is output of apparmor_status?
What is changed if unload apparmor?
(/etc/init.d/apparmor teardown)

did you append the line
/var/lib/one/** lrwk,
at the end of /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd file and
restart apparmor service?
