FYI,
this refers to http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/1536 and is due to a
renaming of files in the websockify project.
It has been patched in master. So another way to fix it is to download the
latest install_novnc.sh:

Was able to reproduce this on ONE 3.7.8 RPM release today.
Apparently, the URL to download websockify inside *install_noVNC.sh*
points
to a non existent resource (404). Seems that the author changed the repo
layout.
The working solution right now is to download the latest source
release<https://github.com/kanaka/websockify/downloads> and
un-tar inside */usr/share/one*.
