i think it was an extra parameter added to my template (specifying images).
I created a new template and i didn't get any error.
everything is working right now.

You could modify the scripts, but I would make sure first it's not a configuration issue. It's hard to tell what's happening without the logs or more information, like the drivers used.

    The 2 disks are cloned as disk.1 and disk.2.
    But the deploy script try to find disk.0 and dont find it. That
    raises an error and lead the vm to fail state.
    Can any one help me to modify either the clone script or the
    deploy script to bypass this problem?
