Hi,
I have submitted issue 1683 (http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/1683) and
submitted a patch. The changes create a new init command line option
that supports the functionality of only bootstrapping the DB if
necessary by using the -i command line switch.
The code changes also include changes in the MySQL code path. However, I
do not have a setup where I can test this, basically I know nothing
about mysql ;) and it would be great if there is someone interested in
testing this.
I have backported the patch to version 3.8.1 and included it in the
openSUSE packages found here:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Cloud:/OpenNebula:/Testing/
