hi Alberto,

I have connected to sunstone from another machine this morning, and I see no popup at all, so maybe it was some temporary error about the marketplace, as you previously stated.
I have also restarted opennebula services, but no popup appears.

Hi, Stefano.

I think it won't be necessary to reboot your instance. If is possible you could try reenabling the object in your browser and restarting opennebula services...

Anyway, I will let you know any progress of this issue tomorrow.

Best Regards and thank you once again,
Alberto Picón

hi Alberto,

I will check it and let you know, but I cannot do it before tomorrow, since the opennebula server is installed on a machine that runs also other services, and I cannot reboot it now.
It is possible that it is related to marketplace availability.
I will do the check possibly tomorrow and let you know.
Please let me know if the problem appears again.

Hi again, Stefano.

We rebooted OpenNebula instance and entered Sunstone again and the error has dissapeared... Maybe it is related with Marketplace availability...

Please, can you check it?

Hi, Stefano.

Thank you very much for your response.

Can you please tell us how did you disabled the popup? Did you change something in opennebula server or it is something you have done at browser level?

Best Regards,
Alberto Picón

Hi Alberto,

I have the same problem (this morning I didn't have it). I don't know how to solve it or what it depends on, but I have temporarily disabled the pop up by inspecting the element in the browser (I have tried with chrome and firefox) and manually removing it.
It doesn't appear anymore, even if I log out and in again.

Sorry for not being able of helping more than this.

Hello all,

When we open Sunstone, we receive a Red Pop-up window that is too big to be shown. We cannot close it.

What does it mean? How can we close it? We cannot deploy any VM using Sunsotne... (this red windows is over the control buttons on the right upper corner)
