How are you auto-mounting the swap inside your instances?
As far as I can see, it does not work out of the box on Ubuntu. Maybe I'm
missing something.
(As a related issue, I'm planning to update the metadata server to support the
block-device-mapping attribute; it will enable cloud-init to deal with swap and
ephemeral disks automatically)
