Hi, These parameters were not configured, but after configuring them as mentioned status of hosts in onehost list changes to Err. In one of the machine i have set user=oneadmin, group=oneadmin, dynamic_ownership=0
for this machine host statues is Err and in oned.log it shows this: Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][I]: Monitoring host anant-Inspiron-N5010 (2) Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][I]: Command execution fail: 'if [ -x "/var/tmp/one/im/run_probes" ]; then /var/tmp/one/im/run_probes kvm 2 anant-Inspiron-N5010; else exit 42; fi' Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][I]: error: Failed to connect socket to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock': No such file or directory Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][I]: error: failed to connect to the hypervisor Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][E]: Error executing kvm.rb Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][I]: ExitCode: 255 Sat Apr 13 15:38:02 2013 [InM][E]: Error monitoring host 2 : MONITOR FAILURE 2 Error executing kvm.rb To me it seems libvirt does not start if i change user to oneadmin.
